Farm Experience with Mindfulness
You will be taken on a mindfulness walk by Mabel.
She will invite you to slow things down; to breathe in the fresh country air, to listen to the silence; to observe and touch nature.
As we walk Mabel will share the folklore and stories from the land paying attention to the fairy tree and fairy folk and its significance in Celtic mythology.
After we prepare your lunch you will get a chance to sit in and absorb the magical properties from the farm’s kitchen gardens of vegetables, flowers and herbs.
